Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like no one is listening,
Live like it's Heaven on earth."

The texture in that foliage is absolutely stunning!!! Thank you for the invite. I find encouragement in both your picture as well as your words. ~Roma from EDM
This piece is stunning. From the walkway to the front of the gate, through each individually detailed leaf and depth of the foliage, through the gate and to the courtyard. Every portion of this piece sings....this deserves it's attention.
The highlight and shadow in the foliage are beautiful..... the movement in the leaves; forboding and welcoming The illuminated stone leading us... asking us perhaps daring us- to summon the courage to pass into a brand new day. Thank you for this.
This sketch reminds me of something from early yrs., like an old B&W movie, or photograph. It has that feeling about it. Or an eerie type of feel, from a horror flick. I don’t know anything about art but first glance it just hits you, very powerful.
Tracey, thanks for your comment on my old blog. Come and visit my new blog - if you have the time. There is some more on there. I need to finish it and close my old blog... Greetings from France. Meinhild http://meinhild.wordpress.com

This is a fantastic piece of work! I really like your acrylic work -- but your black and white work is simply stunning. Good job!
